A new workshop, planned in Nov 2024 and completed in early April 2025, expands high-end leather production (adding to PU/leather lines). It has 4 teams, key areas, and upgraded equipment like computerized sewing machines, optimizing efficiency.
Guangzhou Orange Star Bag Factory was established in 2003, as a full-service bag manufacturer with integrated design, development, and production. We specialize in a wide range of products, including handbags, totes, crossbody bags, backpacks, travel bags, laptop cases, wallets, belts, and etc., catering to diverse market demands.
Our company comprises a headquarters and branch factories, with a total workforce of 210 employees. We maintain rigorous management standards, backed by a strong R&D team, a showroom, and mature, efficient production lines. We offer comprehensive OEM & ODM services, providing customized, high-quality one-stop solutions.
In November 2024, to further upgrade production capacity, we initiated the planning of a new workshop (newly add production line). Based on the original PU and genuine leather production lines, we focused on expanding the manufacturing of high - end genuine leather bags. Over half a year, from layout design, personnel coordination, to environment optimization and equipment iteration, all the backbone members of the Bag Manufacturing Department participated. In early April 2025, the new workshop was officially completed: 4 production teams were arranged in an orderly manner, the oil edge area, sample production area, rest area, and material area were efficiently set up, and the work quickly got on track.
In terms of hardware upgrading, the new workshop has introduced “upgraded” equipment such as computerized sewing machines and needle machines. The design of the oil edge area takes into account both efficiency and space utilization. The business positioning focuses on the dedicated production of high - end genuine leather orders, deeply meeting customers' needs for higher - quality products.
In the future, the Bag Manufacturing Department will carry the original intention of “creating fashionable and high - quality bags”, take the new workshop as a starting point, continue to pioneer and innovate, create more value for global partners, and embark on a beautiful journey together!
